Description Paul Johnson 2017-10-02 11:33:17 UTC
I've a fresh install of VS for Mac on my works laptop. When I click on Sign In, I attempt to sign in with my Microsoft credentials for here. I enter the username, told it is going to my company sign in page but only gives an empty window.

Looking at the IDE log, I'm seeing this

My "normal" account gives 2 options of work or personal, it is this window that is not showing
Comment 2 Greg Munn 2017-10-02 14:42:10 UTC
This sounds like an issue with the ADAL library that supposed to show the login page. There are logs in the ~/.ServiceHub/logs folder, if you could grab those and then try again after deleting the ~/.ServiceHub folder.

If that fails, grab the logs again and then remove both ~/.ServiceHub and ~/.IdentityService folders.
Comment 3 Paul Johnson 2017-10-16 13:49:20 UTC
Removing the folders cured the issue - thanks
