Test case

Hello,

If you open the same key a second time before disposing the first, the first will no longer be able to delete subkeys. In fact, it is also not able to open subkeys. I have created a test case which works on Windows but fails on Mono's Unix registry implementation (I tested on MacOS). I've marked a line that, if removed, will cause it to work on Mono.

Thanks,

James
