Test case

I get the following exception when I'm trying to use the encoding 775:
System.NotSupportedException: No data is available for encoding 775.
  at System.Text.Encoding.GetEncoding (Int32 codepage) <0x7f646286bd80 + 0x00360> in <filename unknown>:0
  at HelloWorld.Main () <0x40ae3d50 + 0x00015> in <filename unknown>:0

I am running Ubuntu 16.04, mono-runtime version is 4.2.1 and mono-mcs version is 4.2.1. Both are what comes from the distribution package manager.
