Description Eric Lacau 2017-03-16 20:59:28 UTC
When using decimal.ToString("0.00;-0.00", CultureInfo.GetCultureInfo("FR-fr")), results differ between android platform and PC platform when values are close to 0.

CultureInfo = CultureInfo.GetCultureInfo("FR-fr");
decimal value = -0.004;
string resultString = value.ToString("0.00;-0.00", culture);

Actual result :
    -0.00
Expected result :
     0.00
