As I said in the summary, I just updated my app from 5.10 to 6.0, and I run the official C# code from Microsoft Pages. The operation of Console.Readline() couldn't be done any more. But when I uninstalled it and installed version 5.10, it went so well. It should be a bug, right?

The code mentioned above is as following.

public static void Main ()
			if (!Console.IsInputRedirected)
				Console.WriteLine("This example requires that input be redirected from a file.");

			Console.WriteLine("About to call Console.ReadLine in a loop.");
			String s;
			int ctr = 0;
				s = Console.ReadLine();
				Console.WriteLine("Line {0}: {1}", ctr, s);
			} while (s != null);

Can you try opening project settings and check if "Run on external console" checkbox is checked which you can find under "Run->General" options panel inside project options?
