Description Manish Sinha 2016-06-02 19:57:11 UTC
Steps to reproduce

1. Create an NUnit2 project
2. Create a test and mark it [Explicit].
3. Now run the fixture.
4. Create an NUnit3 project
5. Create a test and mark it [Explicit].
6. Now run the fixture.

Expected: The test marked [Explicit] should not run on either NUnit2 or NUnit3 when the whole fixture is run
Actual: NUnit2 Explicit test does not run, but Nunit3 explicit marked test runs
