Test program that gives different output under .Net and Mono

On calling DriveInfo from System.IO, we expect to have the Volume label populated appropriately.
Instead the Volume resolves to the drive Name.

Attaching Program.cs file which is a test program.

Expected output:

Volume Label:Local Disk
Volume Label:TACCBOOT
Volume Label:openSUSE-13.2-DV
Volume Label:

Actual output:
