When assigning TaskAffinity to an activity, if the TaskAffinity is not an empty string, the manifest is malformed during deployment

I'm facing the same error on my build and others reporter the same problem on the Xamarin forum: https://forums.xamarin.com/discussion/61380/crash-when-taskaffinity-is-a-non-empty-string
