OrderService example

Running the same Web Service in IIS and XSP deliver a different WSDL. With XSP I'm getting:

   <wsdl:service name="service">

Instead, with IIS, I get the namespace as the name. For ex.:

   <wsdl:service name="OrderService">

I'm running in Amazon linux and added EPEL repo to install (https://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/metalink?repo=epel-6&arch=$basearch). The package installed is: mono-core x86_64 4.2.2.30-0.xamarin.1
