Description ray 2013-08-16 14:18:10 UTC
I have created and asp.net mvc2 solution where I have written some code for creatig an sql database.
I have added the MySql.Data files and MySql.Web files to my reference.

When I do debug I get the following error:
System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object
  at System.Web.Util.HttpEncoder.GetCustomEncoderFromConfig () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0
  at System.Lazy`1[System.Web.Util.HttpEncoder].InitValue () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0

  at System.Lazy`1[System.Web.Util.HttpEncoder].InitValue () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0

I have rolled my xsp installation to an older version and a newer version and this did not help, so I was wondering if anybody out there could help me with this?

I try and run it using an Apache2 server.

Are you saying that the mysql files I am using are of the wrong version for my version of monodevelop?

If I start a new solution it works until I add the mySql files in the reference list and I add them to the assembly list in the web.config file.

Any suggestion to verison of mySql I should use?

My monodeveop version is:
MonoDevelop 3.0.3.2
Installation UUID: e5308b97-add9-4f63-b836-e067a1e8c052
Runtime:
	Mono 2.10.8.1 (Debian 2.10.8.1-5ubuntu1) (64-bit)
	GTK 2.24.13
	GTK# (2.12.0.0)
