This program demonstrates the difference between the Mono and .NET MessageContract member serialization order in SOAP messages.

Microsoft's implementation of .NET serializes members of a MessageContract alphabetically by default, as is documented here:

http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.servicemodel.messagebodymemberattribute.order.aspx

Mono serializes the members in member order, which causes interoperability issues with .NET WCF services.
