Description John Hunter 2013-01-24 09:51:37 UTC
Hi, monodevelop has downloaded three updates for me, MonoForAndroid, Monodevelop and MonoTouch.

I'm attempting to upgrade them. However, my MonoForAndroid license has expired and it's requesting that I update the license and buy/activate it. I'll do that later so I cancelled the MFA install but that also cancels the MonoDevelop and MonoTouch upgrades.

How do I upgrade 2 out of 3 of the choices for the installer?

Just adding a followup.

I was able to move the MonoForAndroid AddIn folder out of the way temporarily, and get the other two products installed.

Hi John,

just wondering where the folder that you moved was located?

Nevermind. I was able to bypass the same problem by temporarily renaming the folder /Developer/MonoAndroid.

It looks like you solved the problem, but in case it proves useful, the folder I moved was /Applications/MonoDevelop.app/Contents/MacOS/lib/monodevelop/AddIns/MonoDevelop.MonoDroid

I simply moved it up a folder level and was able to bypass it long enough for the installer to install the updates to MonoDevelop and MonoTouch.

This has been fixed by changes in the updater and activation systems.
