Description Eric Maupin 2013-01-14 14:48:15 UTC
The iOS specific templates are showing up in non-iOS projects (like a WPF app). Tested with 1.0.651.

Comment 1 Dominique Louis 2013-06-03 15:32:47 UTC
VS does not filter across item types.
Comment 2 Eric Maupin 2013-06-03 16:13:54 UTC
Actually, it does. As you can see, Android types are no where to be found. I can go to the same dialog on an iOS project and not see WPF and WinForms types.

Retested with Xamarin-ios 1.6.53

Actual Result:
Certain iOS specific templates are still present in non-iOS projects (WPF app)

This *should* be fixed now

Just needed to add <ShowByDefault>false</ShowByDefault> to all of the item templates.
