The iPhone Storyboard Single View Application template has incorrect information in the comment for the AppDelegate's FinishedLaunching method. The incorrect portion of the comment shown below:

// ... In this 
// method you should instantiate the window, load the UI into it and then make the window
// visible.
// ...

For a storyboard, the app queries the AppDelegate's Window property for an instance of a UIWindow when the app starts.
