What happens is that fields are resolved dynamically, so when stripping the corresponding native symbols are removed, thus breaking the app.

Right now the fix is to pass -nosymbolstrip (or -nosymbolstrip:KEEPME) to mtouch.

We should find a way to determine the symbol name automatically (or make the AOT compiler understand it and inject a real reference to it so it's not stripped away).
