When you have multiple tabs open and you open a Mono for Android layout and edit the Source but don't save the file, clicking on a different tabs causes MonoDevelop to think the layout file is saved (and removes the option to save it) even when it is not saved (this clear by closing the layout and re-opening it to find any changes have gone.
