Folder in Solution, and folder in Finder

1) Make a new Project
2) Add 2 new Folders to the root of your project (Names doesn't matter)
3) Drag 1 folder to another (Make sure that the folders are empty)
4) When the question "Do you really want to move the folder '...' to the folder '...'? " is asked, click Move
5) The folder that was dragged into the other folder isn't visible anymore in the solution explorer

I cannot reproduce this. Is this issue still valid?
