The Bindings project documentation incorrectly has you generate depreciated usage for EventArgs in delegates. The documentation should be corrected and improved with up-to-date samples.  

Here is the warning that is issued:

warning BI1102: btouch: Using the deprecated EventArgs for a delegate signature in ArcGIS.AGSMapViewLayerDelegate.ShouldFindGraphicsInLayer, please use DelegateName instead

Another problem is the documentation doesn't explain why or how to use DelegateName properly.
