Description of Problem:
I don't know why but with MonoDevelop 2.8.2 that comes with Unity3D 4.0.0 I get this strange unhandled exception while trying to open a file from my existing solution. I do not get this with other MonoDevelop versions but I can't use it as a debugger then :/ (as it only works so when you use MonoDevelop that comes with the download package_
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open an existing solution from Unity3D
2. Double click on .cs file from Solution to open it
I here attach the exception details
This is the first line of it :
System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. ---> System.TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for 'NGit.Util.FS' threw an exception. ---> System.ArgumentException: Illegal characters in path.
How often does this happen?
Everytime I try to open a file from my solution.
Created attachment 3126 [details]
Full exception text.
Unity is shipping a very old (> 1 year) version of MonoDevelop which we no longer support. Please file the bug with them.
