A test app demonstrating the bug
When creating a form using Monotouch.Dialog, a random set of cells toward the bottom will always appear to be blank, including not showing assigned hints, despite whatever contents are assigned to them. Also, if you scroll to the top of the view and then back down to the bottom, sometimes a different random set of cells appear to be blank.
The problem is with the EntryElements with a null Caption, such as this:
emailElement = new EntryElement (null, "firstname.lastname@example.org", String.Empty);
if you change it to a non-empty string everything works fine.
I have yet to determine the reason for this behavior though.

AppDelegate.cs - smaller repro
This bug was targeted for a past milestone, moving to the next non-hotfix active milestone.
Based on comment#1, I am changing the milestone.
