I disabled the monomac -> xammac migration dialog as it is frequently deadlocking my system and has been involved in one inexplicable crash. The commit in question just added a 'return Migration.Ignore'. See commit 4ea232747964cc86580ad2d5d51290a200fb6bb6 in md-addins. I put this on master as well as ui-refresh. We need to back this out ASAP but this was the fastest way to get a MD that doesn't deadlock.
The deadlock looks like this: https://gist.github.com/d65ee8c8ea52f247d64e and MD sometimes consumes 100% of the CPU when this happens and sometimes consumes 0%.

I think part of this bug is triggered by clicking on the MD dock icon while the migration prompt window is open:
This bug should be repurposed and reassigned. Not sure who should get it. As discussed, this is likely a crappy GTK bug. I've gone back to using a modal dialog instead of a modal sheet for now, which appears to avoid the issue.
TL;DR not my fault
Closing since a workaround was committed.
