Log file of monodevelop when opening a C solution

MonoDevelop on Ubuntu 12.10 isn't detecting any of the development libraries installed on the system.

`pkg-config --list-all` displays a list of around 170 packages, but the monodevelop package chooser dialog shows only one package "Mono"

When monodevelop is run with `--no-redirect` the error log that is attached is generated, the first `ERROR ...` seems happen directly after opening a solution of any type (C# or C/C++) but the error directly after(`System.IO.EndOfStreamException`) seems to happen only when opening up a C/C++ solution (perhaps trouble reading `pkg-config --list-all` or similar?)

Patch so that monodevelop will search ubuntus 64bit lib path

I found the bug! MonoDevelop wasn't searching `/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/pkgconfig` (which is apparently the default location for 64bit libs in ubuntu? I thought it was /usr/lib64/)

so running monodevelop like this:

PKG_CONFIG_PATH=$PKG_CONFIG_PATH:/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/pkgconfig monodevelop I can now get all installed libraries

Also I created a patch of the source to fix it without having to set environment variables everytime

Committed, thanks!

BTW, in future a pull request on github would be easier to review and integrate.
