The //resources/item element can contain a body which can contain a @resource reference:


We need to fixup these resource references so that they refer to the actual Android resource names that we use, which may not be what the user specified.

Fixed in master/4117086848

The fix removes the filter that prevented processing of the
Resources/Values directory.

It also adds the ability to process the xml <item> elements
that it finds with a parent of

"resources", "interger-array" or "array"

If it finds a matching element which has a value which matches a
valid android resource it will lowercase the value to ensure
the resource can be resolved.
