Description of Problem:
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open .xib from Mono by double-clicking
2. Click the button to open the pane to create outlets and actions
The pane won't load, it only shows "No assistant results"
A pane with possibility to create outlets
How often does this happen?
Regularly; sometimes re-opening the xib from Mono works, sometimes quitting and re-opening Monotouch helps, sometimes it won't load at all and I have to create a new xib and start over.
At first it seemed that it had to do with the designer.cs-file not being saved, but this is not always the case.
I'm aware sometimes XCode is still indexing files, before it can show the outlets; but in this occassion, it's not showing this message and you could wait minutes, without result.
I tried emptying the obj-directory, but it didn't make a difference.
Once this occurs, it appaers to happen to other .xib files in the same project as well.
It seems the .h-files are missing when I expand the project tree in XCode.
Only AppDelegate.h is left.
Mike: it seems likely that the TypeSystem is failing to index the C# classes and that is causing no .h files to be written out because the Xcode sync logic gets an empty list of classes in the project.
Then the file service doesn't get the change events.
The FileService needs to get informed when files have changed.
Jeff: Can you check that the file service gets informed about the changes ?
Can you attach a sample project that illustrates this problem?
We haven't been able to replicate this problem.
