the SupportsGLTextureAttribute allows developers to
specify what kind of opengl texture compression they
use/require for the application to run.

Documentation on this can be found at http://developer.android.com/guide/topics/manifest/supports-gl-texture-element.html

Users will now be able to use the following in AssemblyInfo.cs

[assembly: SupportsGLTexture("GL_OES_compressed_ETC1_RGB8_texture")]

to define which texture compression methods they support.
