Please add an option to disable the mouse middle button paste. I hit it all the time and it is so very annoying!

An option for this - unlikely. It's one of the option we can have thousands with.

When our design philosophy changes that may change as well, but until now we go the route of gnome with good defaults & few options.

But the user has a point with the middle click & windows. That's an unexpected behaviour for a windows application. I think we shouldn't support unexpected behaviour - I've disabled that functionality on windows.

(no other windows program supports that)
