Please create a new report on
Developer Community with
your current version information, steps to reproduce, and relevant error
messages or log files if you are hitting an issue that looks similar to
this resolved bug and you do not yet see a matching new report.
Steps to reproduce this issue:
1. Open Visual Studio 2010/2012.
2. Create or open any project.
3. Right click on Project.
4. Select 'Add'
Actual result: When user right click on Project under solution and select 'Add', 'Add existing folder' link does not appear.
Expected result: 'Add Existing Folder' link should appear under 'Add' link so that user can add existing folder to project.

NOT A REGRESSION: This is also happening with MFA 4.2.6 Stable.
Yeah in VS there is just the Add Existing Item option, which doesn't allow you to select folders.
You can drag and drop folders into the solution, but I'm not sure you can do it from the right click menu.
I'll put this as an enhancement for now.
This is not on roadmap.
