Description Timm 2012-10-10 09:04:37 UTC
I find FindViewById<T> much cleaner than (T)FindViewById and was surprised that this was only available on Activity and not Dialog based classes.

It would be nice to have the same functionality on both classes.

A workaround is available using extension methods.

I have checked this issue on following builds:

Mac OS X 10.9.2
Xamarin Studio : 4.2.3 (build 60)
Xamarin.Android: 4.13.0 (Enterprise Edition)

Now this issue is working fine. Hence I am closing this issue.
