I'm trying to use the Geolocator class in the Mobile Api to get the user location, it's working fine on Android but on iOS, the compass calibration overlay is displayed. Is there a way to deactivate that ?
This is because the Geolocation API additionally gives you direction (the compass, which needs calibration). We need to add an API to allows you to specify no direction or remove it altogether.
Do you have an ETA for when this will be available ? It seems to be a pretty common scenario.
Any workaround possible ? Even if it's ugly...
Can you let me know if I can expect an update soon ? I need to decide today if I re-write a class or I wait for the update.
0.5.1 was released with new overloads and defaults to solve this.
