In Windows Forms the Cut/Copy/Paste actions (even if done through the WM_CUT/WM_COPY/WM_PASTE) are "filtered" throught the WndProc that receives the WM_CUT/WM_COPY/WM_PASTE. This is necessary if you want to do a "strongly masked" TextBox (a TextBox where you can't cut away/paste text and make it illegal) (the WM_COPY doesn't have this utility of the three messages).
