Steps to reproduce:
1. Open MonoDevelop.
2. Move to File Menu in Menu Bar.
3. Goto File in New option (New >> File)
4. In New File pop up under C# select Mono For Android.
5. Select any of the available option in the Right side box.
6. Observe that New button is shown enable, even though no file name has been provided.
Actual Result: 'New' in the New File pop up is shown enabled, even when there is no Filename provided. Clicking on
New button nothing happens.

Expected Result: 'New' should be shown disable to the user until he provides some file name for saving the file.

We have tested this issue.This issue is fixed for latest build.
