As far as I can tell there's no MonoTouch binding for UIFont's fontWithSize: instance method.

As a workaround you can call fontWthSize manually, something like this:

using MonoTouch.OjbCRuntime;

var font = UIFont.SystemFontOfSize (20);
var ptr = Messaging.IntPtr_objc_msgSend_float (font.Handle, new Selector ("fontWitSize:").Handle, 10);
var newFont = new UIFont (ptr);
