default.png/default@2x.png no longer appears/works for debug builds on the device. It seems to still work for release builds and for debugging on the simulator.

I have tried it on 3 different projects and it occurs in all of them. I have included a project when the error occurs. I have left the bin folder intact in case it is due to the build process on my machine.

Scratch that, I wasn't aware that it was case sensitive! It should have been Default.png, not default.png
