EntryElement do show text entered or assigned

After installing 5.4, EntryElement do not display the text set.
I am using a previous version of MonoTouch.Dialog 
See picture, the input entry LastName has the focus but the characters entered are not displayed.
There is a display issue with characters.

I just tried EntryElement and it works fine for me.

Can you create a test case we can try out to see exactly what you're running into?

Cancel this bug.  I  had a bad implementation off the method
ShouldAutorotateToInterfaceOrientation() in my controller. This really create crazy behavior
