MD inserts full namespace when nested enum is used even if both exist in same namespace

Open mcs.csproj and try to create instance of Binary class. Something like

new Binary (Operato     // Ctrl+Space here

I'm gonna take a guess that this needs the new resolver branch, so I've changed the milestone to that.
