I work with monodevelop and .net 4.0 (no SDK) on windows 7.

I notice that MD reports that "the compiler appears to have crashed" while everything seems perfectly fine (except my compilation errors, of course).

It feels like MD fails to parse the CSC output in some weird case.

You got the log attached to the bug.

It's probably confused by the ( ) in the path.
