In the attached file, place cursor in line 73 (after line "switch (r) {"), and apply "Create switch labels".

It moves the "this must not happen" comment into the switch statement and deletes the first line of the following class declaration.

For some reason this context was marked as valid - but it's a bad idea to try refactorings in a file that is not valid.

Atm our ast won't match invalid files :/
