This is a c# application,resulting into exception. Mono cleanup does not happen. (193 bytes, application/octet-stream)

1. In case of attached application crashes and mono does not catch the exception. There is no mono-cleanup and hence there is memory leak.

2. Same is reproduced in case embedded Mono runtime in a C++ application.

This program throws.

And if you embed Mono, you have ways of catching this.

Yes application has ways of catching the exception. 
Expected is that framework exception handling without application writing the try catch block every time.

This works as expected, it must abort execution with an unhandled exception.
