1) use Frame
slideScrollView.Frame = new RectangleF(0, 30, 320, 240);

output : 

2) set aside
slideScrollView.Frame.Location = new PointF(0, 30);
slideScrollView.Frame.Size.Width = 320;
slideScrollView.Frame.Size.Height = 240;

output :

This is normal in .NET as RectangleF is a struct (value type).
