It would be really cool if you could right click on a tab of some file you are editing and pin it.  Pinning it would cause the tab to slide over to the far right hand side of the window.

Pinned tabs would stay open/persist between sessions.

An option to automatically add files to the pinned set when opened using the Solution explorer and/or "Navigate to..." would be a nice thing to have as well.
