When an application is signed for the Mac Store "libMonoPosixHelper.dylib" is not being signed.
This is an issue if you would like MonoDevelop to sign "AND" package the app in one go. Otherwise is you do want this "libMonoPosixHelper.dylib" signed you will have to do the whole signing and packaging operation manually.
1) Create a MonoMac proj.
2) Set the solution build configuration to "AppStore".
3) Build with code signing on.
4) If you check "libMonoPosixHelper.dylib", you will see it has not been code signed. You will also get a warning by Apple in an email if you try to submit without this.
fixed in git master
I've uploaded a custom build to http://files.xamarin.com/~jeff/MonoDevelop-3.0.4js2.dmg
