With the latest builds of Mono (2.11.2) and MonoDevelop (220.127.116.11) on Windows 7 64 bit I am having problems with MVC3 on 2 different machines.
First, when using the MVC3 template it creates a project targetting .NET 4.0 but then the MVC3 libraries aren't present. I needed to switch to target framework 4.5 in order for it to find the libraries.
Second, when attempting to debug a clean MVC3 project created with the template (or any other) I get an exception:
