Since Instruments is now stashed on Xcode.app, we should add a menu option that launches it from the tools menu.

We should do the same for the "Application Loader"

Both of these are already there.

Today we have checked this issue with following builds:

Xamarin Studio 4.0 - a4ca67108f5600f7c65f7d47a402f772dc73ef35
Xamarin.iOS -
Mono 2.10.11

We are getting both options under Tools. Below is the screencast:
