It has been months since Google Play Services version 11 is released but the Xamarin bindings are still at the pre-release stage. When will the prod version be released? Do you have a road map?

As for a timeline, there is a rc1 currently in the prerelease channel and it looks like it will be promoted to stable shortly after it's been tested further.
There is no exact timeframe of when it will be promoted to stable, but based on the NuGet history, that would be your best guesstimate. I will leave further comments to the maintainer who I've assigned this bug.
