Sample project.

In Forms 2.4, the OnMapReady override gets called twice in Android map renderers, potentially leading to memory leaks. On each call, the GoogleMap object has a different map handle.

Obviously this can be worked around by using a bool to only run the code in OnMapReady once, for the time being.
