With Xamarin.iOS if your deployment target is bellow the minimum we currently support (https://github.com/xamarin/xamarin-macios/blob/master/Versions-ios.plist.in#L9) you get this:
`MTOUCH : error MT0073: Xamarin.iOS 11.5.0 does not support a deployment target of 4.0 for iOS (the minimum is 6.0). Please select a newer deployment target in your project's Info.plist.`. -> https://developer.xamarin.com/guides/ios/troubleshooting/mtouch-errors/#MT0073
We need the same behavior in Xamarin.Mac.
Steps to repro:
- Create a new Mac app.
- Remove the storyboard file.
- Open the Info.plist and set the deployment target manually to 10.4.
- Try to build.
We shouldn't build and give an error like MTouch.
It's building without any error.
