If I have a Slider with these values:
<Slider Value="50" Minimum="0" Maximum="99" />
then I expect the circle to be in the middle of the slider. Instead it is at the position where the slider should be with a value of 1.
I tested this in XF 188.8.131.5271-pre2 on both iOS and MacOS. Both behave the same. I didn't test the other platforms.
