As described in the summary, monodevelop-debugger-gdb 220.127.116.11.can't be compiled from source. It complains about the following missing file:

No, this commit is already in monodevelop 126.96.36.199 included and it doesn't work.
So there is another problem with the files.
fixed in git master and the monodevelop-3.0.3-branch
n/m, that broke the MonoDevelop build. yay.
MD is building fine on the linux bot, so I assume this is fixed.
