Description Jo Shields 2012-07-06 18:03:51 UTC
My ProfilesDirectory on Windows is not on C:\ - because my SSD is small, I defined it on a different drive instead.

When creating a new solution in MonoDevelop, it creates an entire directory tree in C:\ rather than using K:\ as it should - i.e. C:\Users\Jo Shields\Documents\Projects rather than K:\Users\Jo Shields\Documents\Projects

SpecialFolder.MyDocuments is correctly reported as being on on K, it's MonoDevelop's new solution dialog which is picking the wrong path.

It uses a path constructed from Environment.SpecialFolder.Personal. However, I suspect the problem is that the value is saved in MD's preferences, but only one of the many places that uses it actually updates it.
