Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Start MonoDevelop
2. Click "Start New solution"
3. Create a C#/ASP.net solution.
4. Write no code at all.
5. select run-->Start without debugging.

No build break. This is all Monodevelop generated code.
How often does this happen?
Only on the first project created. Subsequent projects will work correctly.
